Coach McNaughton Kayaking
Cross-Country may be one of the most demanding High School sports. Each year Coach McNaughton takes his team to Fryeburg, Maine for three days of intense running and recreational activities.

SHS Guidance Department
Springfield High School Guidance Department hosts a "College Visit" show with representatives from surrounding colleges letting students know what is available to them and how to get involved and get enrolled in college.

Near the end of each school year, classes at the River Valley Technical Center compete in the Annual Cardboard Boat Races.

Springfield School Board meets at 7:00pm on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
GM Union High School Board
Green Mountain Union High School Board meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 7:00pm. (Chester, Vermont)
CAES Board Meeting
Chester Andover Elementary School Board meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month at 6:00pm
